Masjid Abu Bakr & Bolton Education Centre for Tauheed and Sunnah was established in early 2014 by Maulana Syed Mohammad Asad Mian Shirazi. We are a new organisation and a registered charity established to meet the growing need and demand for a Masjid, Madrassah and Education Centre in the Haulgh area of Bolton.

We purchased a former Church and a adjoining property and have secured planning consent for the use as a Masjid and Educational Centre as well as for the redevelopment and extension. The total Project cost being approx £380,000 GBP.

The neighbourhood has a fairly large and growing Muslim population and there is no Masjid or Madrassah in the locality. With the help of the Almighty and support from the local community our building work is complete with a small amount of outstanding work required.

We have £20,000 Karza-e-Hasana and we make a humble request for donations to make the house of the Almighty debt free. We currently provide the following services:

Weekly Madrassah Classes ( Boys & Girls)

Taraweeh Prayers

Weekly Jamaat (Propogating) Services

Ramadhan Iftari

Adult Quran Classes

Weekly Dars-e-Quran & Tafseer
